My consulting work draws on over 20 years of management experience—gained in the international corporate environment of a U.S. multinational as well as in an owner-managed private company.
I therefore have a deep understanding of what it means to navigate established structures and various organizational forms, as well as to initiate and implement changes. My own experience helps me both to understand the areas of tension and to make the most of the available options for shaping the future.
